Registration Fees

One Day Registration
One Day Registration is available for those participants who do not wish to sign up for the full three-day course. The registration fees per day are as follows:

 Conference delegate                          €100
 Non-delegate €120

The registration fee for the course includes: (a) Set of brief notes, (b) Coffee breaks and (c) Transportation between the hotel and the course venue*.

* This option is applicable only if the participant stays in a hotel suggested by the organizers. 

Late/on-site course registration: From November 1, only on-site registrations will be accepted, with additional charge of €50 per day.

 

Accommodation
The course will be held at the conference venue in Limassol (Day 1, theoretical workshop) and at the premises of Lab. for Human Brain Dynamics in Nicosia (Days 2 and 3, hands-on experience). Rooms at special rates have been reserved at hotels in Limassol (St. Raphael (5*) and Elias Beach Hotel (4*)) and Nicosia (Holiday Inn (4*), Castelli (3*), Classic (3*) and Centrum (3*)). We recommend staying in Limassol for the Day 1 workshop (December 1, check-out on December 2) and in Nicosia for the Days 2 and 3. The transportation from Limassol to Nicosia hotels will be provided.

Note: If you choose to stay in Nicosia in one of the listed hotels, please specify it in the Remarks field during the course registration, together with your preferred check-in and check-out dates.

 

Refunds and Cancellation policy:

(a) Registration Fee: A refund for the cancellation of the registration fee, less 20% administrative charges, applies until October 30, 2009 by writing to the Premier DMC Ltd. -the officially appointed local destination management company (Corner of Nikokleous & Ayias Zonis Skoullis Court, Office 202 / 203, 3026 Limassol, Cyprus. Tel: +357 28 878210, Fax: +357 25 343060, email: info@premierdmc.com.cy). After this date no refund will be possible.

(b) Hotel Accommodation: From 14 days to 4-7 days prior to arrival a refund of less 10% of the administrative charges will be made for accommodation booked and paid. From 3 days until the expected date of arrival, rooms cancelled will be subject to a penalty of one night’s accommodation charge. Any room that has been reserved but is not occupied, shall be billed to the delegate at 100% of the Bed & Breakfast rate.

 

Payment Method: By credit card or bank transfer.

Note:
The participants themselves must cover all credit card and bank charges. The organisers need to receive the net amount of the participant’s Grand Total. Please ensure that the participant’s name is stated on all payment and transfer documents.
