The registration fee includes: (a) Conference materials (proceedings book, writing pad and pen), (b) Coffee breaks, (c) Lunch, (d) Social dinner and transport to and from the hotel and restaurant, (e) Participation to a cultural field excursion on November 30 (guided bus tour through the town of Limassol and the two ancient sites located east and west of the city; entrance fee to museums and live performance/lecture at the ancient site of Curium).

* The registration fee for students does not include the Social dinner. Tickets for the dinner can be purchased at a price of €40. Student must submit a letter from their department head to verify student status and expected date of graduation. Late/on-site registration: From November 1, only on-site registrations will be accepted, with additional charge of €50 per day.

Refunds and Cancellation policy:

(a) Registration Fee: A refund for the cancellation of the registration fee, less 20% administrative charges, applies until October 30, 2009 by writing to the Premier DMC Ltd. -the officially appointed local destination management company (Corner of Nikokleous & Ayias Zonis Skoullis Court, Office 202 / 203, 3026 Limassol, Cyprus. Tel: +357 25 878210, Fax: +357 25 343060, email: admin@premierdmc.com.cy). After this date no refund will be possible.

(b) Hotel Accommodation: From 14 days to 4-7 days prior to arrival a refund of less 10% of the administrative charges will be made for accommodation booked and paid. From 3 days until the expected date of arrival, rooms cancelled will be subject to a penalty of one night’s accommodation charge. Any room that has been reserved but is not occupied, shall be billed to the delegate at 100% of the Bed & Breakfast rate.

Payment Method: By credit card or bank transfer.

Note:
The participants themselves must cover all credit card and bank charges. The organisers need to receive the net amount of the participant’s Grand Total. Please ensure that the participant’s name is stated on all payment and transfer documents.
