Hotel Accommodation

A limited number of rooms at special rates have been reserved at the St. Raphael (Conference Hotel - 5*) and the Elias Beach Hotel (4*), which is located about 400 meters away from the Conference Hotel. 

The following rates are per room per night in Euro, including bed and breakfast and internet access. Double room means occupancy by 2 people while Single room means a double room for single use. Check-in time is 14:00 while Check-out time is 12:00.

Important notice from the local destination management company Premier DMC Ltd.

1. Credit card payment will be charged 1-2 weeks before the conference starting date. If you would make changes to your registration, hotel booking or transfers between hotel and airport, please inform Premier DMC Ltd. as soon as possible. Before charging any cards Premier DMC Ltd. will send a statement of account to each and every delegate advising them of the total charge, including the credit card charge if applicable.

2. Bank transfer payment: if there is any discrepancy between the transferred amount and the actual incurred amount, you will be informed before the conference and requested to settle the difference at the registration desk.

3. The above St. Raphael and Elias Beach Hotel Rates include free internet access. In case you book through other systems the same or different hotels, internet access will be charged additionally in accordance with the hotel’s terms.

4. Premier DMC Ltd. will only issue receipts to those who register and pay through their system.
