The Full Rates include: (a) Access to all conference sessions and materials, (b) Welcome reception, (c) Coffee breaks, (d) Lunches, (d) Social dinner (e) Participation to a cultural field excursion, (f) Transport for social dinner and excursion.
The One-day Regular Rate includes the above items that are listed in the Program for the day.
The One-day Student Rate includes the above items that are listed in the Program for the day, except social dinner and excursion.
Guest tickets can be purchased onsite with the following prices:
- Welcome Reception (15 November): 28 Euros
- Social dinner and excursion (16 November): 50 Euros
- Lunch (16 and 17 November): 16 Euros per day
Student must submit a letter from his/her department head to verify student status and expected date of graduation. Letters can be sent by email: events@aaiscs.com; by post: Office 501, Galaxias Centre, 33 Arch. Makarios III Avenue, Nicosia 1065, Cyprus, or by fax +357 22 028060.
How to Register
Registrations will be done online here. Participants may pay instantly using their credit card (VISA/MASTERCARD), or they may choose to pay through the bank. An one-stop-shop software is used for the whole registration process. The process is totally secure and easy to use - it can be completed in a few minutes. Please note that participants can not only register for the conference, but also book their accommodation, airport transfers, car hire etc. All additional services are offered at specially negotiated rates for the conference. Furthermore, the software provides participants with the possibility to complete the registration process periodically - participants may register for the conference and return later to book further services (subject to availability).
